About Seninn

Our grandfather planted his first trees in Rafah more than half a century ago, trading the oil in clay jars for bread and dates with neighbors. We still pick the olives by hand, carry them by donkey, and power our solar-run mill with Sinai sun. Every bottle of SENINN is numbered, signed, and meant to share the taste and the quiet resilience of the desert grove we call home.

Our Story

SENINN is single-origin extra-virgin olive oil from Rafah on Egypt’s Sinai coast. Hot desert days, cool Mediterranean breezes, and mineral-rich sand give our olives a vivid, peppery flavor. We harvest by hand at first light and cold-press the fruit the same morning, keeping acidity below 0.3 %. No blends, no additives—just Sinai in a bottle.
